No. It is perfectly normal for tracking to pause for a few days during international transit. Updates will resume once your parcel arrives in the UK and is processed by Royal Mail or our courier. This does not indicate a problem with your order.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes between 7 and 15 business days from dispatch. This can vary due to customs processing, Royal Mail delays, peak shopping periods, or other factors outside our control.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this point, the order will have entered processing and no address changes or cancellations are possible.

Royal Mail or our courier will typically make a second delivery attempt or leave a calling card. Your parcel will then be held at your local Post Office or collection point for up to 18 days. If uncollected, it may be returned to the sender, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
