Order Processing
Once payment has been confirmed, your order enters our internal processing queue. Processing takes up to 5 business days, during which your items are checked, picked, packed, and assigned a tracking number. Your tracking code will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Order Tracking
All orders include full international and domestic tracking. You can monitor every movement of your parcel — from departure at the origin country through to delivery in the UK. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking updates to avoid missed deliveries or return-to-sender situations.
Missed Deliveries & Collection
Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail or our designated courier partners. In the event of:
A calling card may be left, and the parcel held at your nearest collection point or Post Office for up to 18 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Delivery Address
Please review your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. Address changes can only be accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this window, the order will have entered fulfilment and no changes or cancellations can be made. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, full responsibility lies with the customer. In such cases, if the item is returned to our overseas supplier, the delivery timeline will restart from the date of re-dispatch confirmation.
